Class Information
For Scheduled Calendar Classes
Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes early if you have not obtained kits or a couple of supplies for class. And to also get settled in to get crafty. This is perfect timing for classes that include kits in the class dues ** See next note about full class supplies.
Class supplies are to purchased prior to day of class, especially for crochet and knitting classes. Most supplies can be bought at Fox & Hare Creations LLC, and those class supplies will receive a 10% Class Discount.
Private Classes
Private Classes are $20/hr, per person and will scheduled with both the student and teacher on mornings before the shop opens OR afternoons when the shop is not open. I want to make sure that attendees are getting full attention without having interruptions of the shop being open. Wanting to be fair.
Both Class Styles
Unfortunately, no refunds can be done on classes. In exchange we can do:
a store credit can be held at the shop to apply towards a future class (any extra dues must be paid if the fee for the future class value is greater than the store credit)
Or a store credit can be held for products in the shop.
If a class needs to be rescheduled, it will need to take place when the shop is not open or when another class is not already on the calendar. I just ask for a courtesy email, text, or phone call at least 48 hrs prior to class or if something pops up and an attendee can’t make it — we all have lives and things happen, just let me know and we will figure out rescheduling together. And I will do everything on my end to make sure to send class reminder emails the week of class and do follow ups from there.
As of February 2026, classes with low attendance that Brianna is teaching will still proceed with the lesson plan for the day. In the future this may change — but for now, we will craft on!
