Welcome to beginner crochet!!

This 3 week course will take place on these following dates; and please carefully read the additional details are listed below.

Tuesdays - February 24, March 3, and March 10 from 3-5 p.m.

OR

Saturdays - February 28, March 7, and March 14 from 9-11 a.m.

This is in-person 3 week beginner crochet course is being taught by Brianna Evanson ( Owner of Fox & Hare Creations), at The Ambry 716 16th St Greeley, CO 80631.

Class fee: $75 (Must be signed up and paid to a week prior to class)

Includes:

-Patterns use in course

-Optional Course Kit ($25—10% off when purchased in store), includes: specific hooks needed for class (4mm, 5.5mm, and 6.5mm crochet hooks), tape measure, pens, sticky notes, and additional special surprise accessories needed for crochet

-Full yarn shopping guide for the class… yarn will need to me purchased before class. Again, if you purchase your class supplies in store, a 10% class discount will be applied.

Additional yarn and accessories will be sold in the shop, for example if you just need one hook instead of the whole kit, those will be in stock and available for purchase and eligible for the class discount. Yarn being used in class and purchased at Fox & Hare Creations will also receive the class discount. If you have yarns at home you would like to use, please do we can offer suggestions, however if you would like try something new, we’ve got the supplies! We encourage getting supplies in the shop because we know how our patterns will work up with those products, and like we stated before, we can offer suggestions just as those listed in the Yarn Guide we will send out for class.

Fox & Hare Creations will promptly reach out to students with the class supply check list, this is ensure everyone gets settled with their supplies before class. One request we ask though is to please make sure to purchase your class supplies at the latest a week before class; it can be difficult to make those decisions the day of class, there is also not a lot of time the day of class to get all that is needed on the supply list. However may I offer a suggestion… if a guest only has time to get supplies for the first week and needs to think on the other ones the following week or after the first class, that is totally fine. Let’s pick out the rest after the first class! For beginners it can be a lot of information all at one and can sometimes get overwhelming, it’s okay to go slow. But if you see something you like, my suggestion is to get it because who knows that item could be the only one for a while or forever.

Additional info:

-Want to bring a coffee in? Please do! In fact The Atlas is across the street if you want to support a yummy delightful coffee shop. And Margie’s Java Joint is up the street on the corner of 10th Ave and 16th Street.

-Alcohol is not allow on premises, nor is smoking

-Parking is available on 16th Street and on 7th Ave in front of the church

-There is a small elevator in The Ambry located on the south side of the building. Please let me know if you need any assistance.

-Most importantly, have fun in class! This a low pressure and supportive environment, we all learn at our own pace, and help each other when someone throws out a lifeline.

** Any class cancelations cannot be refunded at this time, however the class value can be transferred to the next round of Beginner Crochet Classes or equal valued class(es). We will keep diligent records of these and do our best to keep track of when we need to be in contact about the next round of classes. And either party will be responsible to reach out and arrange a date to schedule the private class, if the guests requests a private class, or just wants to wait for the next round of the same class or one of equal value. If a private class session is best for a guests needs, there will is $20/hr fee additionally due at the end of those private class sessions. Example: if a guest signs up for a an already scheduled $40, 2 hour class, but has to reschedule it as a private class, it will be an $40 in private class fees due to the new 2hr private class. Making the whole class a total of $80, with the original class fee and the private class fee.
