in the mean, time all sales are final on all digital downloads, deposits, and special orders. cancellations on hard items are allowed within the first hour of purchase. All items that require shipping get shipped out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. And of course no shipping is done on major or U.S. Federal holidays simply because the post office isn’t open those days. But shipping from the studio will resume as soon those offices are open.

For most special orders, there is a 4-6 week wait time; but I do try my hardest to complete orders as fast I can, if only I had more hands darn it!
